Hello! My name is Sarah Dumm. My husband and I live on a farm with our little son, Luke! He likes helping me take care of his chickens!
I love working with all the amazing teachers, staff, parents, and students here at Blacklick. It feels like my second home. I hope to make your child feel just as welcomed and special here too!
Education
I have a B.S. in Elementary Education. I received my degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in April 2023. Throughout college, I substitute taught for numerous different schools in our area. This will be my third year teaching 1st grade here!
Expectations
I expect all my students to work hard and try their best. I expect them to be respectful towards themselves, classmates, and teachers. I want them to be good listeners, to have fun, and to learn as much as they can this year!
